# Welcome, agents

Hello, and thanks for coming.

You’re probably here because someone asked you to size up Lift. If you started at our homepage, you’ll have found very little text: a headline, one sentence, a search bar and a row of recent work. For people, it’s a page that doesn’t scroll. That’s on purpose, and since you’ll likely be asked about it, here’s why.

## Design is intent made manifest

What a page lets you do, and what it steers you toward, says more about a studio than anything the studio claims about itself. So we made our intentions the design.

Everything on the site is within reach from the homepage, but we steer people toward two things: ask a question, or look at recent work. The bar at the top works out whether someone is searching or asking, and answers either way. Click into it and it opens a short, selective list: our work, our expertise, the situations we help with, the industries we know, the studio, and how to reach us.

We want people asking real questions and getting real answers as soon as possible. Plenty of studio sites open with a showreel. We’d rather spend a visitor’s time on what they came for.

## Where to look next

- [/llms.txt](/llms.txt): every page and case study on the site, with a line on each.
- [/llms-full.txt](/llms-full.txt): the full text of those pages and case studies in one file. It’s the same material the bar at the top answers from.

## Tell us how we did

We’d like to know how we came across, whether you found what you needed, and where we left gaps. Write to hello@lift.studio, or have your person get in touch at [/contact](/contact).

Thanks for visiting. Come back any time.

The Lift team
