Brand Audit

Find out what you’re actually saying, everywhere.

A clear look at how your brand shows up today, as the first step of building what comes next.

A brand audit reviews how an organization presents itself across its website, product, campaigns, social, sales materials and signage, and where those agree, drift or contradict each other.

We do audits at the start of a larger project, usually a new site, a refresh or a repositioning, so the findings turn straight into decisions in the work. We don’t sell brand audits as a standalone report.

What we look at

The brand as people meet it

Audits often turn up three versions of the logo that nobody remembers approving.

Visual and verbal consistency

Logo use, type, colour, imagery and voice across the channels that matter, including whether colour and type pass accessibility checks.

What you say against what you do

How the organization describes itself compared with what it actually offers and what customers or members say, and where competitors are making the same claims.

What to keep

The recognition, trust and affection worth protecting, so the next step is a refresh where that’s enough and a redesign only where it’s needed.

Where it leads

Findings that go straight into the work

The audit ends in a short, prioritized list of what to fix and what to decide, and it feeds directly into the positioning, identity or site work that follows.

Consistency carries more weight now that people ask AI tools about an organization and get an answer stitched together from everything it has published. Mixed messages tend to come back as a vague or wrong description. An audit shows how much of that risk you’re carrying, and the work that follows addresses it.
