Brand Content Discovery

The best material is usually already in-house.

Finding the stories and proof an organization hasn’t told yet, at the start of a site, launch or campaign.

Content discovery is the work of finding what an organization has to say: the stories, evidence, people and moments that make it worth paying attention to, and that nobody has written down.

It’s the opening step of a larger project, usually a new site, a launch or a campaign, and part of research and discovery. We don’t sell it as a standalone content engagement.

How we find it

Ask, read, visit, then write it down

The detail that makes an organization interesting often comes up in passing, ten minutes after the formal interview has ended.

Conversations and research

Conversations with leadership, staff and, when they’re reachable, the customers or members the organization serves. Visits to where the work happens. A close read of what the organization already publishes and where those accounts differ.

Proof alongside story

Each story paired with the evidence behind it, such as numbers, outcomes or people who can speak to it, so the claims hold up when they’re published.

AI in the synthesis

AI can help combine qualitative sources, such as survey comments, call notes and existing material, and spot the themes worth a closer look. People decide which stories lead.

What happens next

From findings to a content plan

Discovery ends in content themes, a list of stories ready to produce, and the voice to write them in. Those shape the site, launch or campaign we’re building with you.

The same themes can carry an ongoing content and social program, which we can run as part of the wider engagement, with the stories and the voice already in hand.
