Introduction

Impact Genome came to Lift on a referral from USAFacts. They wanted a partner who could grasp the complexities of their product and their unique audience.

01

Brand refresh

A visual identity refresh, from the logo to a brand guide, supporting graphics and icons.

The refreshed brand launched alongside the new website, built around the Impact Genome Registry: a repository of impact data on over 2.2 million nonprofits and social programs.

A design system and photography direction carry it across every touchpoint.

Website

An elegant, streamlined site that speaks directly to each of its audiences.

Since their last launch, Impact Genome had expanded both their offerings and their audience segments. The new site, built on Webflow, is intuitively organized, so each type of visitor finds the content that matters to their goals.

Its carefully planned, modular structure lets the team update information efficiently as their offerings and expertise grow.

Impact reporting

A guided reporting flow, from program details to Impact Verified.

Nonprofits use the Impact Genome platform to report on their programs and get that impact verified. We interviewed nonprofit users about where reporting slowed them down, then mapped and redesigned onboarding, program registration and the impact report itself.

The report now moves one section at a time, and every program’s reports sit on one dashboard. We built the new front end alongside Impact Genome’s team.
