Campaigns & Launches

Campaigns with somewhere to land.

Campaign ideas, the experiences they lead to, and the production system behind them.

Solutions · Story and Experience

A campaign earns attention for a few weeks. What people find when they click decides whether it turns into anything.

We make the idea, the experience it leads to and the AI-assisted production system that keeps the creative up with every channel. Then we set up the measurement that shows what’s working.

Two gaps campaigns often have

We design for both from the beginning.

Volume

A launch now needs every format, every size, every audience and, often, fresh versions each week. The idea that looked strong as three hero executions has to survive being cut into two hundred assets, and usually it doesn’t.

The landing

The ad is good, and it sends people to a generic page with a paragraph and a button. The attention is paid for, then wasted. For destinations, events and launches especially, the click is the start of the relationship, and it deserves as much design as the ad. For K-Days, a fast site ran alongside campaigns that lifted online pre-sales by roughly 75%.

Start with the idea

Our campaigns start with one idea, clear enough to explain in a sentence and flexible enough to carry many executions. Art direction turns it into a visual language: type, colour, photography, motion and tone that make it recognizable before anyone reads the headline.

We test the idea against the hardest format early. If it works as a six-second vertical video and a small static banner, it will work as a billboard.

Design the destination

The experience a campaign leads to should give people a reason to stay, and it has to load quickly on a phone with a weak signal, because that’s where campaign traffic usually arrives. Depending on the goal, it might be:
  1. A planner

Visitors build a trip and save it for later.
  2. A game or interactive piece

The message becomes something people do.
  3. A tool or calculator

It answers the question the ad raised.
  4. A story told in chapters

Told with film, sound and motion.
  5. A simple, fast page

Straight to tickets or checkout, when that’s what the moment needs.

Production at the volume channels ask for

Generative tools make it easy to produce a thousand variations. Most of them shouldn’t ship.

  1. System

Quality comes from the creative system underneath: templates for every format, rules for how the idea flexes across sizes and audiences, approved type, colour and imagery, and clear limits on what can change. We build that system first.
  2. Variations

Generative pipelines then work inside it to make the variations: resized layouts, localized copy, audience-specific versions, refreshed imagery. During the 2026 World Cup, one of ours turned each day’s scores into audio ads overnight, in AI voices modelled, with permission, on real radio hosts.
  3. Review

Designers review what goes out. With the system holding, more versions strengthen the idea instead of wearing the brand down one asset at a time.

Measure from the first day

Measurement belongs in the brief.

  • AgreeBefore launch, we help define what’s worth tracking: what a good week looks like and which numbers would change a decision.
  • TrackWe set up tracking on the landing experience and the channels before launch.
  • AdjustThose numbers shape the campaign while it’s live.
Attribution is rarely perfect, so we’re clear about what can and can’t be measured directly, and we use reasonable proxies where we need them.

Build it to run again

The second version should be easier and better than the first.

Many campaigns run more than once:

  1. 01a yearly event
  2. 02a recurring launch
  3. 03a rollout repeated across regions
  • When a campaign will run again, we build it as a system: templates, a framework for scaling it up or down, and a playbook for the next rollout.

Where it leaves you

  1. An idea people recognize in every format

  2. Paid clicks that land somewhere worth staying

  3. Numbers that can change the campaign while it’s live

  4. A second run that starts from a working system

While it runs

You deal with us from the brief to the wrap, and the right people come in for execution.

Lift

Makes the campaign and stays with it: measurement, changes and the next version. We can also plan the media and arrange the buy as part of the work.

Nimble Digital

Our sister agency. We work with them on execution, and how the work is shared varies by campaign.
